Kilimani Children’s Clinic is an outpatient medical institution specializing in the provision of medical services to children. We seek to recruit an experienced self-motivated and result oriented person for this position of customer service and marketing officer.

JOB PURPOSE
•    To ensure impeccable customer experience for each of our clients.
•    To monitor trends and devise marketing strategies to meet organizational goals and targets.
•    To create and promote brand visibility.
•    Devise appropriate communication strategy for the company.
•    Create digital content for the company’s digital platforms.
•    Coordinate with outside consultants and partners in the company’s marketing and communication activities.
•    Monitor and track campaigns to evaluate performance.
•    Ensuring production of timely reports as relates to marketing and customer experiences.
•    To be the company’s brand guardian and brand champion.

REQUIREMENTS
•    A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or similar business-related degree from a recognized institution.
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
•    Proficiency in Digital Marketing and content creating software.
•    Professional training in Communication and Customer Service.
•    Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•    A good understanding of the healthcare industry in Kenya.
•    Relentless attention to customer experience.
•    Creative, team player, flexible, ability to communicate ideas effectively.
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•    Demonstrable talent in media design / content creation.
