Our Client is a Leading Gaming Company in Kenya and they seek to hire Customer Support representatives who will be tasked with handling all Customer Care interactions by providing consistent standards of service to Clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Assist with knowledgeable support to all customer requests across all products and all channels.
  • Provide immediate and accurate response to all customer contacts on social media, phone, e-mail and live chat.
  • Delivering first time resolution to all customer requests up to authority and permission levels.
  • Creating and constantly developing unique positive personal relationships with a High Value Customers
  • Maintain customer profiling and communication database history for all High Value Customers
  • Ensure that customer transactions are completed accurately and timeously
  • Able to confidently promote other products and services where appropriate
  • Active outbound calling to develop the lifetime value of the customer
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.


  • Degree in sales & marketing, customer relations or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a Betting /Gaming Company is a Must. 
  • Willing to work weekends and in shifts. 
  • Must have worked in a gaming/ betting company before
  • Possess a strong teamwork ethic.
  • Telemarketing skills are highly desirable. 
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office including e-mail, live chat and SMS communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with customers.
