Salary: 60k gross

 The Role

The Foreman will be based at any of the active sites and will devote 100% of his time on dealing with interpretation of construction drawings and actualizing it, organizing and managing taskforce, executing site unit’s customization and collaborating with the project manager.

Job Purpose

The foreman will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. He will liaise with CRM and sales to ensure complete customer Satisfaction.

Summary of key areas of responsibility:

Plan, implement and manage construction tasks. To manage and monitor members attendance and work and adhere to relevant safety regulations.


  • Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
  • Produce employee and project schedules
  • Adhere to relevant safety regulations 
  • Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
  • Monitor expenditures and oversee the general movement of materials on site while keeping budget in check
  • Peacefully and tactfully resolve any emerging problems and issues
  • Ensure labor and other resources necessary are procured efficiently
  • Prepare and present weekly progress reports
  • Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
  • Manage and monitor members’ attendance and work
  • Allocate and delegate responsibilities


  • Diploma in Building/Construction
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage


  • 5-8 years of project management, supervisory and related experience
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment 
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Familiarity with blueprints
