Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage Tele-sales Agents
  • Setting targets for tele-sales agents, monitoring their performance, appraising them and providing timely feedback.
  • Prepare sales script for telesales agents
  • Organize staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet the set targets
  • Take ownership for entire sales cycle, from working with leads to successful loan issuance within your team
  • Design weekly and monthly incentives to motivate telesales agents
  • Prepare monthly bonuses reports for the team members based on their targets achievements.
  • Train all tele sales agents on different sales techniques
  • Participate in hiring telesales agents

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business management or related field
  • 2+ years experience as a Telesales manager
  • Work experience relating B2C sales will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
