Business Development Executive Job, Current Kenyan Sales & Marketing Jobs,

Our client a leading battery refurbishing company is currently looking to hire a Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationship with current and potential clients.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven experience of selling batteries.
  • Familiarity with the subject of batteries.
  • Excellent knowledge of the solar market.
  • Necessary experience in sales and preferably in the solar field.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.
