Recycling Supervisor Job

The Nani Employee Leasing Company (Nani EL) is an employer professional organization focusing mainly on leasing out low and medium cadre staff in all sectors of the economy. Specifically, Nani EL deploys well trained domestic assistants, nursery school assistants, office assistants and factory cleaners to its individual and corporate clients.

Education and Experience:

  1. At least a diploma in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or Social Enterprise management or relevant field
  2. At least two years of experience in recycling or waste management required or experience in factory operations and management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to train and motivate others.
  2. Thorough understanding of recycling processes and policies.
  3. Thorough understanding of waste management programs.
  4. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  7. Absolute integrity
  8. Extremely good collaboration and team work approach
  9. Strong organizational, time and financial management skills
  10. Business oriented and enterprising.
