Candidate must have Experience in FMCG industry.

Operations

  • Ensure the warehouse is open by 6.00 am.
  • Ensure Industrial area shop and Rongai daily stock counts are done.
  • Overseeing daily stock-taking in the warehouse and empties section and reconciliation sign-off.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of physical stock to DMS and Navision, circulation of the stock count report to the GM, and resolution of the variances.
  • Daily call over procedures for work done on the previous day.
  • Warehouse design enhancement for efficiency of storage and picking.
  • Regular review of warehouse processes.
  • Regular training of all warehouse staff.
  • Alignment of inventory with market demands.
  • Timely and accurate processing of orders to KBL and UDV.
  • Preparation of monthly purchase plan.
  • Training and induction of new staffs to warehouse department.
  • Handling of returns from trade and communication to EABL regarding the same.
  • Preparation of warehouse annual budget and strategy.
  • Overseeing accurate record keeping for all warehouse transactions.
  • Overseeing implementation of warehousing policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
  • Overseeing and sign off of daily truck stock returns.
  • Ensure that the warehouse is cleaned as well as its surroundings
